These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Southern Angler Fishing Charters’ website, booking services, phone services, and text-messaging program.
Booking and reservations
A fishing trip is not confirmed merely because a customer requests a date or speaks with a representative or automated receptionist.
A reservation is confirmed only after:
Availability has been verified;
Required customer information has been provided;
Any required deposit or payment has been successfully completed; and
Southern Angler Fishing Charters has issued a booking confirmation.
Trip availability, captain assignment, vessel assignment, pricing, fishing locations, and target species may be subject to change.
Deposits, payments, and cancellations
Deposits and payments are subject to the cancellation, refund, rescheduling, weather, and no-show policies presented during booking or included in your booking confirmation.
Weather, marine conditions, mechanical issues, captain availability, government regulations, and other circumstances may require a trip to be modified, postponed, rescheduled, or canceled.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
Providing accurate contact and reservation information
Reviewing confirmation details
Arriving at the designated location on time
Following captain and crew safety instructions
Complying with fishing laws and regulations
Informing Southern Angler Fishing Charters of relevant accessibility or special accommodation needs in advance
Text-message terms
By verbally agreeing during a call, requesting a text, submitting an opt-in form, or otherwise providing consent, you agree to receive text messages from Southern Angler Fishing Charters at the mobile number provided.
Messages may include requested booking links, reservation details, payment reminders, trip instructions, scheduling changes, weather updates, and customer-service messages.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Automated receptionist
Southern Angler Fishing Charters may use an automated voice receptionist to answer questions, collect reservation information, provide general trip information, and send requested links.
Information provided by an automated receptionist does not create a confirmed reservation unless the booking requirements described above have been completed.
Website and service information
We attempt to keep pricing, availability, trip descriptions, and other information accurate. However, errors or changes may occur. Southern Angler Fishing Charters reserves the right to correct errors and update information.
During a phone call with Southern Angler Fishing Charters, the receptionist may ask: “Would you like me to text the booking link to the number you’re calling from?”
A text message is sent only after the caller clearly answers yes. Messages contain requested booking links, reservation information, or customer-service information. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Consent is not required to purchase or book services.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Southern Angler Fishing Charters is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website, messaging service, or booking system.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be limited.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Changes become effective when posted on our website with a revised effective date.
