ALL GuideZones PLAN SALES ARE FINAL!

Each GuideZones plan is custom-created using current guide knowledge and begins being prepared shortly after your order is accepted. Because of the personalized nature of the service, refunds are not available once work has begun.

Weather Policy

GuideZones by Southern Angler Fishing Charters does NOT monitor weather on behalf of customers, advise on trip cancellations, alert of weather warnings, or give advice on whether or not the client will be able to fish on a particular date. Customers should use their own judgement and consult reliable marine weather sources before deciding to fish.

If unsafe weather prevents your trip:

Before  your plan is delivered: We’ll reschedule your GuideZones plan to another available date of your choosing at no additional charge.

After your plan has been delivered: No refunds will be issued and the order will be considered fulfilled.

Trip Date Changes

If you need to reschedule your fishing trip date before work has begun on your plan, please TEXT (504)458-7328 OR (225)266-5353 and we’ll do our best to accommodate your new date. Reschedules are subject to plan availability.

Cancellations

Once the GuideZones order is accepted it becomes non-refundable.

Redistribution Policy

GuideZones plans are licensed for the purchaser’s personal use only. As part of our security measures, all maps and info will be removed from the customers accessibility after their trip has concluded. Redistribution, resale, posting online, or sharing with others is prohibited and will result in future orders being declined.

Accuracy Disclaimer

GuideZones is based on current fishing conditions and professional guide experience. Fishing conditions can change rapidly due to weather, tides, water clarity, fishing pressure, and other natural factors. While every effort is made to provide the best possible strategy, catch results cannot be guaranteed.
